Booking meeting rooms

• To reserve the Seminar Room in Building 66, use the Meeting Agenda. Please include the name of the person making the reservation, so that he/she can be contacted in case of problems. (The same procedure can also be used for the other meeting rooms.)
• Please note the existence of another reservation system (with blocking), specifically for the video-conference room (Building 66, floor 3) and the engineering meeting room (Buildng 6, floor 3).

Publication policy

• Before submitting any document to be published, please place a copy in the Pinboard under the menu Documents, for the benefit of colleagues at the laboratory, and announce this by sending a mail message to fusion@ciemat.es.
• Once the document has been accepted for publication, place a copy in the submenu Publications of the menu Publications.
