Fee: The registration fee is 310 € (registration before July 15) or 330 € (after July 15). The conference fee covers all the meeting facilities as well as the reception and visit to the Mosque. The fee for accompanying persons (50 €) includes the reception and visit to the Mosque.

Dinner: Registrants and accompanying persons may acquire tickets for the Conference Dinner at an additional cost per person (35 €). Tickets will be sold at the conference (see below).

Hotel: Hotel reservations, if required, can be made via the online registration system. For information about the hotels, see Accommodation.

Mobility support for EU participants: The TTG meeting is eligible for EFDA mobility support. EFDA will issue the corresponding invitation letter by the end of July (sent to the institution heads, not the participants). The registration fee is not covered by the mobility support.


Local registration

The conference registration desk will be open on Monday, September 6, from 18:00 to 20:00. Please use this opportunity to pick up your conference folder and conference badge, if you can, to avoid queues on Tuesday morning. You may also want to buy your conference dinner tickets (35 €).

On Tuesday morning, the registration desk will open at about 8:15.
